ESPGHAN Congress 2025: the benefits of breastfeeding

Анотація

У травні 2025 р. у м. Гельсінкі (Фінляндія) відбувся 57-й конгрес Європейського товариства дитячої гастроентерології, гепатології та нутриціології (ESPGHAN), який зібрав дитячих гастроентерологів та педіатрів. Нутритивна тематика Конгресу охоплювала питання грудного вигодовування, ентерального та парентерального харчування, клінічного харчування, мальнутриції та харчових порушень у дітей. Наведено огляд усних і постерних доповідей, присвячених питанням вигодовування дітей першого року життя та зокрема грудного вигодовування. Доповіді учасників та резолюції конгресу ґрунтувалися на попередніх настановах щодо грудного вигодовування як золотого стандарту, природного й оптимального методу забезпечення росту та розвитку дитини. Конгрес ESPGHAN 2025 наголосив на перевагах грудного вигодовування щодо росту, когнітивного та поведінкового розвитку дитини, нутритивних, імуногенній та пробіотичній властивостях грудного молока, а також на сучасній політиці щодо вигодовування дітей.
