Анотація

Недостатність харчування — часте ускладнення цирозу печінки, яке пов’язане з прогресуванням печінкової недостатності, а також з вищими показниками розвитку інших ускладнень (інфекції, печінкова енцефалопатія та асцит). Останніми роками поширення ожиріння призвело до збільшення кількості випадків цирозу, пов’язаних з неалкогольним стеатогепатитом. Недостатність харчування, ожиріння та саркопенічне ожиріння можуть погіршити прогноз пацієнтів з цирозом печінки та знизити їх виживання. Таким чином, спостереження за станом харчування та застосування заходів його корекції мають вирішальне значення у діагностиці та лікуванні хворих із хронічним захворюванням печінки. Наведено огляд сучасних знань у галузі харчування при хронічних захворюваннях печінки. Розглянуто способи скринінгу та оцінки харчування, а також принципи його корекції. Висвітлено рекомендації в разі печінкової енцефалопатії, хворим на цироз печінки із захворюваннями кісток, пацієнтам, які перенесли хірургічне втручання на печінці або трансплантацію, а також хворим на цироз печінки у критичних станах.
