НПЗП-ентеротоксичність: фокус на проблему

Анотація


Нестероїдні протизапальні препарати (НПЗП) є найчастіше призначуваними лікарськими засобами в світі. Вони є майже незамінними, коли потрібно швидко здолати біль, запалення та гіпертермію, але мають суттєві побічні ефекти, зокрема з боку шлунково-кишкового тракту. НПЗП-індуковану гастропатію вивчено добре. Її можна ефективно здолати за допомогою кислотознижувальних препаратів. НПЗП-ін­ду­ко­вану ентеропатію та колопатію менш вивчено внаслідок складності діагностики. На частку уражень шлунково-кишкового тракту нижче за зв’язку Трейця припадає близько 40 % від усіх НПЗП-індукованих уражень шлунково-кишкового тракту. Найчастіше вони перебігають безсимптомно, але нерідко стають причиною ускладнень, зокрема небезпечних для життя. Немає ефективних засобів для їх лікування чи профілактики. Висвітлено сучасний погляд на патогенез зазначеного стану, його епідеміологію, клінічні вияви, а також можливості діагностики, лікування та запобігання НПЗП-ентеро- та колопатіям.
