Своєчасне виявлення та ефективна терапія передракових змін шлункового епітелію — одне зі стратегічних завдань сучасної гастроентерології. Представлено інтегральну думку клініцистів та ендоскопістів щодо передракових змін слизової оболонки шлунка — кишкової метаплазії та дисплазії. Розглянуто сучасні погляди щодо їх класифікації, патогенезу та морфологічного субстрату.
